Nevertheless, BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN PLAYING NEAR WATERFALLS. You just won't know whether it's raining upstream and by the time the water reaches the waterfall, it'll be too late for you to run to safety.

Its not only scary but a reality.Just be careful when you go for such waterfall-sites for picnic or a swim. I had a similar experience, many many years ago, near an orang asli make-shift campsite somewhere behind Zoo negara.Was just beginning to brush my teeth under the drippling waterfall when suddenly torrential falls just came gushing down.Was pulled up to the side just in a nick of time.Till today i had great probia for waterfalls no matter how beautiful they may behold.That is in the spirit of 1 malaysia that I share this experience with my fellow-friends ..cheers
